We have decades of experience in lot topography, environmental design and considering all the elements, both natural and manmade, that can impact construction, from cost efficiency to lifestyle enjoyment.

  • From rough floor plans and renderings to final plans and budgets, you have the insight as well as the input into every perspective.
  • Every activity is documented and clearly explained at each phase.

IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS
Engineering, Permits and Approvals.

Our team takes care of plan submission to all building and regulatory agencies for permitting, engineering and any possible Architectural Control Committees if required by your subdivision or homeowners association. We’re constantly renewing and updating industry certifications to assure you of the strictest adherence to all real estate building and other codes.

    Phase 1
  • Construction and Design
    All construction is supervised by an experienced project manager. Working with other team members throughout the entire effort, the project manager provides every home buyer with regularly scheduled updates and relevant communication to Our Burdick Custom Homes legacy includes the ongoing oversight of your new residence’s construction ensure your satisfaction.
     
  • Phase 2
  • Design and Features Selection 
    Your home is unique to your lifestyle demands as well as your individual taste – so our designer plans with you early on in the building stage to initiate interior concepts and provide a diverse range of feature options. You’ll appreciate regular walk-throughs and continuous review of any installations and finish-out treatments.  
      
  • Phase 3
  • Completion and Closing 
    Final walkthroughs and checklists precede our “white glove” professional cleaning prior to closing and move-in. And our staff is available upon scheduling to provide personal demonstrations of all the unique features and technology built into your Burdick custom home!
